Lol @ "His arms make no sense" I can imagine what you mean. I've yet to see anybody that's actually near competition level in person so I'd probably say the same thing in my head. That's pretty cool though, if he doesn't motivate you in your gym, nothing will lol.
Ya, it’s been a while since I’ve seen him though because his gym is not where my trainer is. I like the gym he goes to I just don’t know many people there so it’s not as inviting as where I usually go.
Oh yeah, I agree. Still a ton of work and dedication put into the physiques were seeing on stage today. I'm sure Heath is awesome in person though right?
Can’t miss him that’s for sure, he’s really the nicest guy in the world too. Really was interested in what I was doing for lifting and how much progress I’d made. His arms make no sense. I actually got to see him posing a few weeks out from the last Olympia at the gym on a day when no one was there. Definitely something not many people get to see, especially from 5 ft away.
I don't know if you've checked out Ric's Corner, but it's great stuff. Great videos and interviews. He talks about the Golden Era of Bodybuilding and Interviews those great bodybuilders.
So it’s been two weeks on the split the some of you thought may be crazy. Reminder:
Mon:chest Tues:legs Wed:shoulders Thurs: tris then chest Fri: bis then back
Obviously by the weekend I’m murdered, however, I feel it has been extremely effective thus far. I can kill it on chest Monday and my upper body can be recovered for the rest of the week by Wednesday. Doing arms first on thurs and fri allows me to hit them with full energy yet still get a good secondary pump on chest after tris. Though I don’t get sore in my chest after thurs that’s ok because of Monday. As for fri, doing bis first seems to force my back to really do all of the work. Saturday I have destroyed bis and back, along with residual other things, it’s quite interesting actually.
